AI automation & websites for service businesses
AI that picks upwhen you can't.
Most of your leads arrive when nobody's there to catch them. We build the website that brings them in, and a text that goes out when an unanswered call is forwarded.

The real problem
You're not losing jobs because you're bad at the work.
You already do good work and you already have customers. What's missing is everything between “someone was interested” and “we got paid and they told three people.” That's a systems problem, and it's fixable.
- A form comes in Friday at 7pm. You see it Monday. They booked someone else on Saturday.
- You've done four hundred jobs and have thirty-one Google reviews.
- Every quote goes out and then waits on whoever remembers to chase it.
- Your phone rings while you're on a roof. That's the whole lead process.
- You know AI could help. Nobody has shown you where it plugs in.
- You pay for ads, and nobody can tell you which one brought in a job.
What we build
Start with the website. Add the rest when it's earning.
Everything below is bought one piece at a time, in whatever order makes you money soonest. There is no bundle, because a bundle would mean selling you something you don't need yet.
Every service page lists its price.

Website Design & Build
A fast, custom site that turns the people already searching for you into booked jobs.
- Custom design — not a template with your logo dropped in
- Built mobile-first, because that is where your customers actually are
- Built to load in under two seconds — we measure it before handing it over
- Call and quote buttons reachable by thumb on every screen
- Service pages and area pages you can add to as you grow
- Google Business Profile connected and verified
What's included, in full →
Get found →
- Get More Google ReviewsThe review request fires when the job closes, without anyone remembering to send it.
- Get Found on GoogleShow up in the map pack when someone nearby searches for what you do.
- Google Ads ManagementPaid search that gets switched off when it stops earning.
- Social Content EnginePosts drafted from your own jobs and your own prices. You approve them in minutes.
Where AI actually plugs in
Four places it earns its keep.
Before
A form arrives at 8:40pm and sits until morning
After
The form emails us. It does not reply to them on its own
Before
The review ask depends on who remembers
After
It still does. Nothing here sends it for you
Before
Every estimate is written from scratch
After
Still written by you. Nothing here drafts it
Before
Every new hire asks you the same twenty questions
After
That is still you. There is no staff assistant on this site
How it works
Find the leak. Close it. Prove it closed.
Find
We start with your website, your Google listing and your reviews: how leads reach you, what happens to the ones that arrive after hours, and where your team loses time. You get a prioritized list whether or not you hire us.
- Lead path audit
- Review gap check
- Time-drain list
- Tool map
Build
The website first, in accounts created in your name. You get the credentials at handover and a walkthrough of how to run it, so nothing is hostage to the relationship.
- In your accounts
- Documented as we go
- 2–4 weeks
Automate
One automation at a time, and only a job the code already does. Anything that commits you to a price or a date waits for you.
- One job at a time
- You approve a price or a date
- Fails loudly
Measure
Qualified leads, speed to first response, hours returned, cost per booked job. Not impressions, not reach. If a piece isn't earning its keep, we'll tell you to switch it off.
- Monthly review
- Source-level tracking
- Cut what doesn't work
What we measure
Outcomes, not activity.
Impressions and reach don't pay anyone. These are the things we track, and the ones we'll show you every month.
Qualified leads per month
People who want the job you actually do
Speed to first response
Minutes from inquiry to a real reply
New reviews per month
Reviews added on the Google profile
Hours returned to your team
Work nobody has to do by hand any more
Cost per new customer
Across every channel, not just the ads
Missed calls texted
Forwarded misses that got one text
Why me
You work directly with the person building it.
When you call, you get Gavin — not an account manager, not a sales rep, not an outsourced team. Everything below follows from that one fact.

Questions
The things people actually ask.
Do I have to buy everything at once?
No, and almost nobody does. Most people start with the website, because it is the thing every other piece plugs into, and add one automation later — usually once the site is bringing in more leads than anyone can answer. If your site already works, we skip it and start with the automation instead.
I already have a website.
Then the first job is working out whether it is the problem. Often it is not: the site is fine and the leads are dying after they arrive, which is an automation job, not a rebuild. The audit tells you which one you have. If the site is the problem, you will see exactly why — how long it takes to open on a phone, where people leave, and what a thumb cannot reach. And if the bones are fine, a refresh costs a fraction of a rebuild.
How long does it take?
Most sites launch in two to four weeks, depending on how quickly we get your content — photos and copy coming back is almost always the long pole, not the build. A single automation is usually one to two weeks. We don't estimate your date as a range: we commit to an exact launch date once we've seen what we're working with, and you get an update every week whether or not there is good news.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Every account — domain, hosting, Google Business Profile, the AI platform, the ad account, the phone number — is created in your name with you as the owner, and you get the credentials. If you stop working with us tomorrow, everything keeps running and you can hand it to anyone. Nothing is hostage to the relationship.
Does it work with my CRM?
Usually. The common ones in the trades are built to connect to other tools, and most of what we do is read a job and write back a status. Before you pay for anything, we check yours specifically and tell you what will connect cleanly, what needs a workaround, and what is not worth doing. If the honest answer is that your CRM makes this more trouble than it is worth, you get that answer.
What does it actually cost?
Every service page lists its own price — you should not have to book a call to find out whether you can afford someone. Websites are a one-time build plus site care. Automations are a build cost plus a monthly, because they keep running. You buy them one at a time, in whatever order makes you money soonest. The audit itself is free, with no obligation attached to it.
Will AI replace my people?
For most of our clients there is nobody to replace — it is the owner answering texts after dinner, and that is the part that goes. If you do have a team, the honest version is that it removes the repetitive slice of their day, not the job: the twentieth person asking your hours, the review request nobody remembered. What it buys you is more volume without hiring for it. If you are hoping to cut staff, we are the wrong people to call.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
It will, eventually, so it is built on that assumption. It answers only from what you gave it. It hands off to a person when it is unsure or when the customer asks for one. Anything that commits you to a price or a date can require your approval first. And every conversation is logged in full, so when something goes wrong you can read exactly what was said, and we change the rule rather than guess.

What the audit is not
- Not a sales call.
- Not a demo of software you've never heard of.
- Not a proposal you have to sign.
