AI Lead Response
A phone assistant that says it is an AI, offers real open times, or takes a message.

They call
The line the assistant is connected to.
It says it is an AI
And that the call may be recorded.
A real time, or a message
It books only a time the calendar returned.
You get one text
Who called, why, and whether a time was booked.
- The call is answered
- A real time or a message
- You see it in a text
- Who it's for
- Businesses getting enough inquiries that answering them all, fast, has become the bottleneck.
- How long
- One to two weeks.
- What you end up with
- An unanswered phone line gets a real reply, and you get a text with what the caller wanted.
The problem
What's happening now
- A form comes in at 8:40pm. You see it at 7am. They booked someone else at 9.
- Half your calls are the same four questions: do you cover my town, what does it cost roughly, how soon, do you even do this kind of job.
- You're up a ladder. The phone rings. You call back at six and they've moved on.
- Saturday and Sunday leads sit there until Monday morning.
- You sent a quote nine days ago. You don't know if they opened it, and you're not going to chase it.
Included
What you actually get
- Answers the phone, says it is an AI, and says the call may be recorded
- Offers open times from the calendar you connect, and books one only after the caller picks it
- Takes a message when they do not book, or when booking fails
- Texts you after the call: who, why, and whether a time was booked
- Does not quote a price, invent a time, or take payment
Straight answer
Not a reply to your web form, and not a follow-up sequence. It does not pretend to be a person, and it does not quote a price. The script shipped in this repo is Embedded Intent's own line until a client's names and calendar are filled in.
The fix
What changes

Before
You call back and play voicemail tag
After
You get a text with who called and what they wanted

A booked time is whatever someone wrote down
After
It books only a time the calendar said was open
Pricing
What it costs.

Questions
Worth asking before you buy this.
Does it work with my CRM?
Usually. The common ones in the trades are built to connect to other tools, and most of what we do is read a job and write back a status. Before you pay for anything, we check yours specifically and tell you what will connect cleanly, what needs a workaround, and what is not worth doing. If the honest answer is that your CRM makes this more trouble than it is worth, you get that answer.
Will AI replace my people?
For most of our clients there is nobody to replace — it is the owner answering texts after dinner, and that is the part that goes. If you do have a team, the honest version is that it removes the repetitive slice of their day, not the job: the twentieth person asking your hours, the review request nobody remembered. What it buys you is more volume without hiring for it. If you are hoping to cut staff, we are the wrong people to call.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
It will, eventually, so it is built on that assumption. It answers only from what you gave it. It hands off to a person when it is unsure or when the customer asks for one. Anything that commits you to a price or a date can require your approval first. And every conversation is logged in full, so when something goes wrong you can read exactly what was said, and we change the rule rather than guess.
Next step
Not sure this is the piece you need first?
That's what the free audit is for. Tell us about your business. We'll look at how leads reach you and what happens to the ones that arrive after hours, then email you what to fix first and what it costs. Sometimes the answer is that this is not the piece you need first.

What the audit is not
- Not a sales call.
- Not a demo of software you've never heard of.
- Not a proposal you have to sign.
