Everything logged
You can audit exactly what it did
- A week that runs itself
- An audit trail
- Nothing that commits you without asking
- Who it's for
- Businesses with one specific, repetitive process none of the packaged services covers — quoting, scheduling, follow-up, paperwork, internal lookups.
- How long
- Scoped on the call. Most builds run two to four weeks.
- What you end up with
- The task that used to need someone to remember it now happens whether or not anyone does.
The problem
What's happening now
- Every Friday you copy the same job details out of one system and into another.
- The quote sits in your drafts for three days because you need one number from the office.
- The same address gets retyped four times before a job is on the calendar.
- There's one task in your week everyone agrees is stupid, and nobody has time to fix it.
Included
What you actually get
- We map the process as it actually runs, not as the manual describes it
- A written scope with a fixed price before any work starts
- Built against the tools you already use
- Guardrails and your approval on anything that commits money or a date
- Full logging, so you can audit what it did
- Handover documentation, in an account you own
For example
- Quote to invoice: an approved estimate becomes an invoice without anyone retyping it
- Intake forms landing straight in your CRM or your spreadsheet
- Estimates drafted from your own pricing and past jobs, for you to approve
- An internal assistant that answers your team's questions out of your own documents
Straight answer
If the honest answer is that a process shouldn't be automated — too rare, too high-stakes, or just broken and needing fixing first — that's the answer you get.
The fix
What changes
Before
Two hours of copy-and-paste every Friday
After
It runs on its own and logs what it did
Before
Nobody can say exactly where the process breaks
After
The whole process is written down before anything is built
Before
Fixing it would cost you a week you don't have
After
A fixed scope and a fixed price before work starts
Before
Automation nobody can check
After
Every action logged, and anything irreversible asks you first

Questions
Worth asking before you buy this.
Does it work with my CRM?
Usually. The common ones in the trades are built to connect to other tools, and most of what we do is read a job and write back a status. Before you pay for anything, we check yours specifically and tell you what will connect cleanly, what needs a workaround, and what is not worth doing. If the honest answer is that your CRM makes this more trouble than it is worth, you get that answer.
Will AI replace my people?
For most of our clients there is nobody to replace — it is the owner answering texts after dinner, and that is the part that goes. If you do have a team, the honest version is that it removes the repetitive slice of their day, not the job: the twentieth person asking your hours, the review request nobody remembered. What it buys you is more volume without hiring for it. If you are hoping to cut staff, we are the wrong people to call.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
It will, eventually, so it is built on that assumption. It answers only from what you gave it. It hands off to a person when it is unsure or when the customer asks for one. Anything that commits you to a price or a date can require your approval first. And every conversation is logged in full, so when something goes wrong you can read exactly what was said, and we change the rule rather than guess.
Next step
Not sure this is the piece you need first?
That's what the free audit is for. Tell us about your business. We'll look at how leads reach you and what happens to the ones that arrive after hours, then email you what to fix first and what it costs. Sometimes the answer is that this is not the piece you need first.

What the audit is not
- Not a sales call.
- Not a demo of software you've never heard of.
- Not a proposal you have to sign.
