They answer a few questions
Size, date, guest count, square footage
They see a ballpark, not a riddle
A range built from your own pricing
The quote request fills itself in
Everything they just answered, attached
It lands on your phone
With the number they were shown
- Fewer tyre-kicker calls
- Quotes that start informed
- Pricing that doesn't vary by memory
- Who it's for
- Businesses whose first question on every single call is "roughly what does this run?"
- How long
- One to two weeks.
- What you end up with
- People arrive already knowing roughly what it costs, and the ones who were never close stop filling your inbox.
The problem
What's happening now
- Every call opens with "roughly what does this run?" and you're guessing on the spot.
- You spend forty minutes quoting someone whose budget was never close.
- Plenty of people never call at all, because nobody in your trade will say what anything costs.
- Two customers got different numbers for the same job, because you quoted from memory.

Questions
Worth asking before you buy this.
How long does it take?
Most sites launch in two to four weeks, depending on how quickly we get your content — photos and copy coming back is almost always the long pole, not the build. A single automation is usually one to two weeks. We don't estimate your date as a range: we commit to an exact launch date once we've seen what we're working with, and you get an update every week whether or not there is good news.
Does it work with my CRM?
Usually. The common ones in the trades are built to connect to other tools, and most of what we do is read a job and write back a status. Before you pay for anything, we check yours specifically and tell you what will connect cleanly, what needs a workaround, and what is not worth doing. If the honest answer is that your CRM makes this more trouble than it is worth, you get that answer.
Next step
Not sure this is the piece you need first?
That's what the free audit is for. Tell us about your business. We'll look at how leads reach you and what happens to the ones that arrive after hours, then email you what to fix first and what it costs. Sometimes the answer is that this is not the piece you need first.

What the audit is not
- Not a sales call.
- Not a demo of software you've never heard of.
- Not a proposal you have to sign.
